Business Development Specialist

MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

·      Implementing business plans and goals each year, increase sales revenue, customer loyalty and expand market share

·      Monitoring revenue streams and identifying opportunities to increase profitability

·      Developing customer relationships, improving customer experience

·      Identifying potential clients to develop relationships and gain new business

·      Developing new products, services and lines of businesses to increase & sustain growth

·      Analyzing the market, conducting market research and identifying opportunities, increasing market share

·      Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the company products & SWOT

·      Managing customer complaints in goodwill collaboration

·      Perform other duties as assigned

YÊU CẦU

·      Bachelor’s Degree of Economics, Business Administration, Trading, etc.

·      Experience in international trade (especially food & beverage) may be advantageous.

·      Fluent in English, Chinese is a plus;

·      Sales skills (Prospecting, qualifying leads & nurturing relationships)

·      Strong communication skills;

·      Business intelligence skills;

·      Adaptability & flexibility skills;

·      Analytical ability & SWOT analysis;

·      Project management & Scenario planning;
