International Sale Executive

  1. In charge of sales and market development
  • Develop the target foreign market and seek relationship with potential customers.
  • Offer prices; send samples and catalogs; negotiate and draft contracts.
  • Develop customers according to the company's orientation, long-term strategy and short-term goals when the company has specific requirements. - conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the potential business opportunities
  • Promote sales and develop customer system by participating in fairs, conferences, events, etc.
  • Arrange meeting schedules and welcome customers to work in the office or visit the factory.
  1. Track orders
  • Fast, timely and correctly execute all of orders as required.
  • Keep track of order during process from receiving to completing it.
  1. Take care of customers
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Regularly care and visit for customers for long-term cooperation.
  • Be able to travel for business trip in the host country (as if required).
  • Maintain relationship with current customer, working closely with current customer for building marketing campaign, order plan.
  1. Perform other tasks
  • Closely work with another departments (Supply Chain, Accounting, MA, QA, Marketing...)
  • Make reports and perform other tasks as required by line manager.
