In charge of sales and market development
- Develop the target foreign market and seek relationship with potential customers.
- Offer prices; send samples and catalogs; negotiate and draft contracts.
- Develop customers according to the company's orientation, long-term strategy and short-term goals when the company has specific requirements. - conduct surveys and market research to study and analyze the potential business opportunities
- Promote sales and develop customer system by participating in fairs, conferences, events, etc.
- Arrange meeting schedules and welcome customers to work in the office or visit the factory.
- Track orders
- Fast, timely and correctly execute all of orders as required.
- Keep track of order during process from receiving to completing it.
- Take care of customers
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Regularly care and visit for customers for long-term cooperation.
- Be able to travel for business trip in the host country (as if required).
- Maintain relationship with current customer, working closely with current customer for building marketing campaign, order plan.
- Perform other tasks

Closely work with another departments (Supply Chain, Accounting, MA, QA, Marketing...)

Make reports and perform other tasks as required by line manager.
