The Betrimex Building project is being constructed in accordance with LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) standards – the world's leading green building assessment and certification system. The project employs advanced design and technology solutions to optimize energy and water resource efficiency, minimize carbon emissions, and create a green and friendly working environment.

This green credit not only supports Betrimex with financial resources but also provides motivation for the company to continue pursuing its sustainable development goals, contributing to the overall development of the community and society. The project was topped out in November 2024 and is expected to be inaugurated in the first half of 2025.
