1. Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate POP & Activation program:
- Implement trade activities at area level.
- Propose solutions to improve the quality of programs and product promotion campaigns.
- Check, monitor the implementation of promotional programs, POSM at area level.
- Implement event programs at area level.
- Working with departments in the implementation of Marketing Activation programs.
- Set up booth, display by layout, report synthesis and image
2. Having a lot of experiences to organize the event:
- Negotiate with the agency staff about the detail of campaigns.
- Handle budget manage campaign cost.
3. Expand distribution channels and identify target customer for new product categories
4. Plan and analyze assortment for different channels and customer groups
5. Conduct Market, Consumers and Competitor Analysis and propose product pricing and positioning
6. Develop and implement marketing, promotion programs for different channels and categories in order to push sales.
7. Develop and implement Sales & Marketing Materials (e.g, brochure, leaflet, …).
- Having at least 3 years of working experience in Trade Marketing
- Good at English (4 skills – IELTS 6.0)
- Excellent computer skill
- Planning & project management skill
- Honestly, good communication skill
- Willing to travel to location
- The ability to negotiate prices with suppliers
- Ability to work under pressure, teamwork
